The first day of the 11th Philippine Electric Vehicle Summit saw several new electric vehicle models launched. The EV models launched were the BYD Atto3, Lotus Eletre, Chery Tiggo 7 Pro Plug-in Hybrid, EQ1, and EQ7; Dongfeng Rich6; and GWM Ora 03. The event also included panel discussions on ride hailing, buses, urban logistics, and related services. The 11th PH EV Summit is still ongoing until October 21, 2023 at the SMX Convention Center in Pasay City.

Chery Auto Philippines also unveiled three new energy models, the Tiggo 7 Pro Plug-in Hybrid and the all-electric EQ1 hatchback and EQ7 sports utility vehicle.
Dongfeng also showcased the all-electric Rich6 pickup truck, which is perfect for businesses planning to electrify their fleet.
Also displayed at the event is the GWM Ora 03, which will also be launched in the Philippines soon.
Aside from the car launches, there were also panel discussions covering topics on electrification of ride hailing, buses, urban logistics, and related services in the Philippines.
AC Motors, Chery Auto Philippines, Diamond Auto Group, Hyundai Motor Philippines, Jetour Auto Philippines, and SAIC Motor Philippines Incorporated also had presentations of their electric vehicle technologies.
The 11th Philippine Electric Vehicle Summit is still ongoing until October 21 at the SMX Convention Center in Pasay City. More panel discussions are being held today, while EV displays are available until tomorrow. Admission to the event is free.
